CM directs to complete all projects by September 30

Ranchi: Chief Minister Raghubar Das said that his government was dedicated to the villages and the poor and was committed to providing drinking water to the people living in the rural areas of the state. Charing high-level meeting at his residence here he said that within a specific time the screen should be realized on the ground and directed to speed up the installation of street lights in the villages and providing drinking water connections. He assured that there would be no lack of funds in the execution of these schemes.

Mr Das directed officials to complete all the projects by September 30th. During the meeting Secretary of Drinking Water and Sanitation department Aradhana Patnaik said that there are 2250 tolas of primitive tribes in the state for which a target for August 15. She said in 100 such tolas water has been provided. She said that in the remaining 11124 SC-ST tolas the process for providing of drinking water would commence till September 30th. 

Through the different scheme, these targets are being achieved it was informed. Along with that the task of installing street lights in the villages would also be completed within the specified time limit. The Chief Minister said that under Ayushman Bharat Yojana out of 57 lakh families health cards have been provided to 24 lakh families. He said that remaining families will also get the cards soon. He said that camps should be organized in order to distribute health card among beneficiaries.
