Saraikela: A maoist supporter has been arrested from Simal beda village of this district. The man Sambhu Manjhi had fled from the Sadar Hospital where he was undergoing treatment for stomach related ailments. Sarikela SP Chandan Kumar later also suspended an ASI and 5 other policemen for being negligent in their work.
Sambhu Manjhi is the supporters of Maharaj Pramanik squad of the CPI Maoists which had executed IED blast in the police vehicles on Tuesday. The doctors treating the man said that he was brought to the hospital on May 24 and he managed to flee while the policemen were sleeping. However, the act was caught in the CCTV cameras and later he was arrested.
