Focus is farmers and villages for next four months: Raghubar

Ranchi: Chief Minister Raghubar Das on Wednesday said that the focus of his govt would be farmers and villages for next four months.

“There will be no leave. Team Jharkhand will focus on the development of farmers and villages. There will be a direct transfer of money under Mukhyamantri Krishi Asirbas Yojana to 51 lakh farmers of the state” said Chief Minister in the review meeting the DC of the state. He was reviewing the central and state-sponsored schemes at project building.

He said “ All the DCs should launch a special campaign to update the farmer's data on the portal. There is a need to add the maximum number of farmers so that they get the benefit of the PM Kisan Yojna. The Chief Minister directed the all DCs to hold a meeting with Mukhiya and Panchayat representatives on May 31 in their respective districts and inform then that the in next four months in every village roads, street light, drinking water supply schemes would be implemented.

“The mutation and land inheritance related disputed should be solved by launching a special campaign,” said the Chief Minister. Raghubar Das directed that the people left out from the toilet facilities should be provided toilets by June 30. “ No woman should go in open field to answer nature call, whether it is urban or rural areas. Those who have been left out from toilet facilities or parted from joint family should get the toilet facilities by June 30”
