Now on stamp paper of Rs 50 for division of property to be inked in Jharkhand

Ranchi: The Jharkhand government has decided that henceforth on stamp duty of Rs 50 the division of property would be inked in Jharkhand along with distribution of the ancestral property.

A decision in this regard was taken in the meeting of the state cabinet which was chaired by Chief Minister Raghubar Das at the project building here.

It was decided that a service extension of two senior programmers will be extended from April 1, 2019 to March 31, 2020.
Under e court project it was decided to give service extension 23 posts of system officers in the district and Jharkhand High Court from April 1, 2019 to March 31, 2020.

The cabinet also approved a proposal to form rules and service book regulations for appointments of RINPAS director. The government has also approved regulations for appointments promotions and rule book for employees in vector borne disease .
The government has also decided to sack the than animal husbandry officer Prakash Chandra Rai of Saraikela-Kharsawan for being absent from work without proper permission from 22/9/2004 to 22/10/2017.

Following the recommendations of the Jharkhand High Court it has been decided to appoint 51 judicial officers in senior judiciary services as district judge while a proposal to make amendments in the rules and regulations for Jharkhand fire brigade gazetted class.
In a key decision it was also decided that an area of 23.50 acres in Kadma of Kanke circle area which is part of RINPAS premises would be given to Tata Trust at token money of just Re 1 on a lease of 30 years and an option to renew the lease for 30 year and free from stamp duty.
