JPCC attacks state govt over poor condition of power and health sectors

Ranchi: The Jharkhand Pradesh Congress Committee has attacked the state government over the poor condition of the power supply in the state capital and pathetic health care services being provided to people.

JPCC spokespersons Alok Kumar Dubey and Rajeev Ranjan Prasad said that 24 hours of power has become a distant dream for the people and even at the present phase people have to face power cuts of atleast 10 hours while the government departments are busy making allegations against each other.

They said that the situation is not only confined to the summer season but remains the same throughout the year. They said that due to irregularity of power even the water crisis has deepened which was also impacting the services in the hospital. The leaders pointed that in 2018 due to unavailability of power in operation theater three patients had died while on the other hand when the political parties have raised this issue and have staged agitation than the government files cases against them.

The leaders said that if the situation fails to improve than from May 20 agitation would be done outside the power department and officials will be locked in their offices.
