Lok Sabha elections of 2019 will be last for JMM

Ranchi: State BJP spokesperson Pratul Shahdeo said that the Lok Sabha polls of 2019 will be last for the JMM as the party whose wipeout has commenced from Kolhan the last nail in their coffin will be put up by the people of Santhal Pargana on May 19.

Addressing a press conference at the party headquarters here he said that the present state government was the first after independence to accord special focus to Santhal Pargana. He said that apart from AIIMS and airport in Deoghar, bridge on Ganga river in Sahebganj, port, 50,000 liter dairy plant, four laneing of NH-80 with investment of Rs 3300 crore, medical college in Dumka, formation of paharia battalion, dakiya yojana for primitive tribes and expansion of rail network in the Santhal Pargana region are some of the steps which have been taken for the betterment of the area.

Pratul said that earlier the JMM and the Congress only used the tribals as their vote bank but for the first time these people have been brought into the mainstream of life and even Chief Minister Raghubar Das visited Santhal Pargana record in his tenure so far.
He said that the people of Santhal Pargana have understood that the JMM and the Congress used them as a vote bank and did not allow their development, therefore, this time both the parties will be wiped out from the area.

He said that in the name of development people of Santhal Pargana will vote for the BJP. Those present also included state secretary Subodh Singh Guddu, media incharge Shivpujan Pathak and Prem Mittal.
