64.97 pc final voter turn out on three LS seats of Jharkhand

Ranchi: A total of 64.97 per cent voters exercised their franchisee during the elections on three Lok Sabh seats of the state Chatra, Lohardaga (ST) and Palamu (SC) polling on which concluded on April 29. The office of chief electoral officer of Jharkhand came up with the final and updated figure for the voter turn out of which in Chatra 64.84 per cent voters cast their voters while in Lohardaga 66.23 per cent and in Palamu 64.24 per cent voter turn out was recorded.

Compared to 2014 the overall voting percentage on these three seats increased by 7.48 per cent as in 2014 an average voter turn out of 57.47 per cent was recorded on these seats.
