First meet of coordination committee of Mahagathbandhan held

Ranchi: A meeting of the newly constituted coordination committee of the Mahagathbandhan in the state was held here which was represented by the nominees from JMM, Congress, RJD and JVM(P).

In the meeting, it was discussed to establish a similar type of coordination between the parties right from the state level to the booth level and said that similar committees will also be formed till the booth level. It was also decided that as per the demand and use rallies of the prominent leaders of Mahagathbandhan will be held in the Lok Sabha areas. Many other agendas were also taken up for discussion.

The leaders said that the alliance was working to ensure that BJP is defeated on all the 14 Lok Sabha seats of the state as people in the state are angry with the BJP and their anger now needed to be converted against the BJP for the benefit of the Mahaganthbandhan.

Those present in the meeting included Binod Pandey and Supriyo Bhattacharya from the JMM, Ravindra Singh of Congress, Yogendra Pratap and K K Poddar from JVM(P) and Manoj Kumar and Dr Manoj of the RJD.
