Dadai Dubey not to campaign for Kirti Azad

Dhanbad: miffed over being denied the Lok Sabha ticket senior Congress leader Chandrashekhar Dubey alias Dadai Dubey said that in party the state unit chief and in charge are the supreme. Addressing a Press Conference here he said that JPCC president Ajay Kumar and in charge for party affairs R P N Singh had proposed the name of Kirti Azad due to which his name was cut from the list of candidates. He said that it was the desire of the party High Command that he should not contest.

Dubey said that he will also not campaign for Kirti Azad as if he loses then that I will be blamed and if he wins then the credit would go to others, therefore, he has decided that it would be not appropriate for him to campaign for Azad. However, he said that it was for Rahul Gandhi and Sonia Gandhi to decide whether he should campaign or not. Mr Dubey also raised objections over party workers been suspended for showing black flag to Mr Azad and said that it was not the right time to remove party workers as it would ultimately create a loss for the party.
