Godda: Two bike-borne youth were killed while a girl was seriously injured as a bike on which they were traveling rammed into a tree under Lalmatia Police Station area of this district.
Police said that occupants of the bike were towards Mahgama from Lalmatia when near a railway bridge on the NH-133 the rider lost control due to which it rammed into a tree. Such was the impact of the accident that the youths were killed on the spot.
The deceased have been identified as Surendra Murmu (26) and Rupesh Tudu (22) while the injured was one Sonali Murmu. Later both the bodies were sent for post-mortem to Sadar Hospital.
