Raghubar attacks Congress and Left for raising doubts over bravado of army

Hazaribagh: Jharkhand Chief Minister Raghubar Das attacked the Congress and the Left Parties for questioning the valor of the army and said for 55 years the Congress party kept down the morale of the army. Addressing a public gathering in Matwari Maidan here he said that different states of India were grappling with the problem of terrorism however after Prime Minister Narendra Modi came into power in 2014 the backbone of the terrorists and extremists has been broken in the country. As far as Jharkhand is concerned the number of maoists related incidents has reduced and this has happened only due to a strong government and clear cut policies.

Mr Das said that had Nehru taken strong steps the problem of Kashmir would have been solved and China would not have been able to acquire the land. “Today once again the Congress and the Left are raising questions over the bravery of the army,” he said adding that Congress party was deliberately bringing a bad name to the army and asked the people to take a pledge that no ‘Jaichand’ or ‘Mir Zafar’ should be not elected. The Chief Minister said that like towns in the villages also street lights would be put up with the funds of the 14th finance commission and work was on to provide clean drinking water in villages. 

He said that it was under Modiji that a sum of Rs 1100 crore which was received under the district minning fund is used to creating drinking water facilities and said that both the center and the state government are working for the welfare of the farmers as they are now getting the benefit of Kissan Samman Nidhi Yojana and Mukhyamantri Krishi Aashirwad Yojana. Mr Das also mentioned the various development works which have undertaken in Hazaribagh Lok Sabha area including construction of a 500 bed medical college, development of tourism facility at Patratu, setting up of 4000 MW power plant in Patratu etc and pointed that the elections of 2019 will decide the future of the nation and its journey further on the path of progress.
