Ranchi: A team of the district administration conducted raids inside the Birsa Munda Central Jail located at Hotwar here but no objectionable items were discovered. Ranchi City SP Sujata Veenapani led the raids in which police station officer in charge of 10 police stations and another 150 policeman participated.
The City SP said that no objectionable item was found during the raid but continuous monitoring is been maintained on the activities inside the jail. She said that DSPs of Kotwali, City, Sadar and City control room were also part of the team which conducted the raids.
