BJP and AJSU make formal announcement, 13 seats for BJP 1 for AJSU

Ranchi: The BJP and the AJSU on Sunday officially announced their alliance for contesting the Lok Sabha polls in Jharkhand. In a joint press conference which was addressed by State BJP Chief Laxman Giluwa and AJSU supremo Sudesh Kumar Mahto, Mr Giluwa said that the entire country wants to make Narendra Modi once again the Prime Minister of India and to realise this goal alliance between BJP and AJSU has been inked. He said that AJSU was an old ally of the BJP and after the parliamentary election also both the parties would work in better coordination to strengthen the NDA. He said that as per the agreement BJP would contest on 13 Lok
Sabha seats of the state while one seat would be contested by the AJSU.

Mr Sudesh Mahto said that the party would announce its candidate for the Giridih Lok Sabha seat on March 23 and said that both the parties would jointly campaign at the state level to the booth level in this elections. However, he said that on the Vidhan Sabha elections talks would be held later but at the present moment there was a need to have a strong Government and able leadership in the country.

He said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi was the most capable person to take the nation forward and even the people of Jharkhand are in the favour that in 2019 government at centre should be formed under him, therefore, all the parties would be jointly contesting to ensure victory on the 14 Lok Sabha seats of the state. The AJSU supremo said that in the entire world Prime Minister Narendra Modi has increased the honour and the prestige of the nation and has strongly raised the issues of the country and under him, development has also taken place and both the parties in the state would make a joint effort to take his work forward and hoped that people would give a massive mandate to the alliance in Jharkhand.

When asked as to why he attacked the state government during the course of his so Beimaan Yatra he said that it was due
to the actions of his party that the government was forced to take a decision on many vital issues.
