Godda: The district police has arrested three cyber criminals. Addressing the press Godda SP Shailendra Prasad Barnwal said that a special team led by SDPO Mahgama Birendra Chowdhary conducted raids and arrested the three criminals. The arrested have been identified as Vikas Das Sonu Kumar and Suman Srivastav, all of them aged between 20-22 years.
The SP said that the trio used to hack into the accounts of the people using their Aadhaar details of the innocent tribals living in various areas of this district. Rs 20,000 in cash, 9 mobile phones, 8 passbooks, 5 ATMs, two laptops, a thumb scanner, a bike, couple of four-wheelers have been recovered.
