Dumka: Police has recovered explosives from a village located under Kathikund Police Station area of this district. Police sources said that during anti-insurgency operations in Lakdapahadi village a joint team of the district police and the SSB recovered these explosives.
The explosives recovered included 60 crude bombs and 10 kilograms of PETN and red coloured explosives two kilograms. These explosives were later defused by a team of bomb disposal squad. Dumka SP Y S Rames has confirmed the recovery of the explosives.
