For last 68 years people have been cheated in the name of development alleges Chief Minister

Adityapur: Chief Minister Raghubar Das said that for the last 68 years the innocent people have been cheated in the name of development and especially the tribals were left on their own however after coming to power his government has addressed the concerns of all the sections of the society.

Addressing the people after inaugurating Adityapur urban drinking water supply scheme and other development projects and laying foundation for many other schemes in the area he said that in 2014 the people of Jharkhand had voted for a majority government and it has been his personal initiative to work with honesty and dedication for the development of Jharkhand as the mukhya Sewak of the state. He said that after coming to power his government has worked for the betterment of the tribals and their honour. He said that to maintain the social harmony the economically backward in the general category were given 10 percent reservation and the money meant for the poor is being directly sent to their accounts all these could be only achieved due to the vision of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

The Chief Minister said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi realised the Bane of the farmers and to make them economically strong and double their income is starting the Pradhanmantri Krisi Samman Nidhi Yojana from February 24 under which 22.76 lakh farmers of the Jharkhand would be benefited. He said that farmers having land up to 2 hectares would be covered under the scheme and they would be provided a sum of Rs 2000 in three installments in the gap of 4 month is directly in their account through DBT. I said that the farmers of Jharkhand under Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana and Mukhyamantri Krishi Ashirwad Yojana would be able to get a minimum of Rs 11000 per year while the maximum payment would be Rs 31,000 per year.

The Chief Minister said that with the help of mukhyamantri Sukanya Yojana child marriages would be stopped and drop out rates reduce. He said that under this scheme the state government will be providing a sum of Rs 70,000 right from the birth of the child to her marriage and two daughters in one family would be covered under the scheme.
