2 labourers commit suicide in same village in Palamu

Daltonganj: Two labourers committed suicide by hanging themselves at their separate homes at Cherai village under Naudiha Bazar Police Station area of the Palamu District. Police sources today said that one of the deceased has been identified as Manohar Bhuiyaan(35).

The wife of the deceased said that yesterday night they had a quarrel during which her husband had beaten her but later he went inside the room and hanged himself. She said that neighbours had to break open the door to take out his body. Another labourer identified as Karu Bhuiyaan also committed suicide in his home. Police later sent both the bodies for postmortem.
