Uttar Pradesh CM lands in Chas, travels to Bengal on car

Ranchi: Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Tuesday addressed a public meeting in Bangda of Purulia in West Bengal. However, the leader was not allowed to land his helicopter in West Bengal as a result of which the Chopper landed at Nagin mode on the bordering areas of Jharkhand and Bihar from where he travelled in a car all the way to Purulia.

In his address to the people he said that it was a shameful incident for democracy that a chief minister had to sit on a dharna. Earlier on February 3 also he was scheduled to address a rally at Balurghat but the local administration in West Bengal did not allow the landing of the helicopter carrying the chief minister of Uttar Pradesh due to which he was forced to address the party workers of the BJP through a mobile phone. Later the BJP workers had registered a complaint in this regard with the election commission
