Godda: Police has arrested a hardcore Maoist who had been evading arrest for the last three decades from Thakurgangti Police Station area of this district. Addressing the press Godda SP Shailendra Prasad Barnwal today said that the arrested has been identified as Dilip Yadav who was nabbed from Jachora Maidan.
He said that the accused was wanted in several cases of murder abduction bomb blast. The SP said that the man was known in the organization as Comrade Azad alias Vimal Ji alias Tiger and was a deputy commandant in the ranks of the Maoists. Mr Barnwal said that police was looking into details if any case is registered against him in Bihar also.
