Koderma: Police has recovered a huge quantity of explosive materials including detonators and power-gel laden in a tempo from Domchanch Police Station area of this district and arrested a person in this connection. Police said that the arrested has been identified as Suggi Mehta who confessed that the detonators were meant to be illegally supplied to a stone mine in Inderwa.
SDPO Omprakash said that police had received a secret tip-off regarding the explosive materials being illegally transferred after which the vehicle was seized during a checking drive. He said that police is also probing whether the explosive materials were meant to be supplied to some criminal outfits. About 2000 pieces of detonators and power-gel have been seized from the vehicle police said.
