Ranchi: The Jharkhand High Court will hear an attempt to rape charge against Baghmara MLA Dhulu Mahto on December 12.
It was decided by the bench of Justice Sanjay Prasad while hearing an appeal against the lower court order filed by Mahto.
Mahto had filed the petition after the lower court dismissed his petition demanding discharge from the allegation of attempting to rape a female BJP leader.
The court while fixing the date of the detailed hearing in the matter called for a lower court record.
