Global Skill Summit: Guv asks employers to give respectful salary to youth, consider them as their own children

Ranchi: Jharkhand Governor Draupadi Murmu asked the employers to give a respectful salary to the youth so that they are not
forced to leave their jobs in a span of a couple of months. Addressing the Global Skill Summit organised at the Khelgaon here she said that the recruiters needed to think that situation leading to quitting the job in just one or two months should not arise and pointed the
examples when many parents have narrated her their stories of children getting placement in far off places like Bengaluru, Mumbai,
Hyderabad of Chennai on a very less salary due to which they are forced to come back. In the national interest, she urged the companies to have a positive thought towards the youth and pointed that they have the right to take proper work from them but their condition should be considered as their own children and than only any decision should be taken. 

She said that getting a job gives happiness but when one loses the same than the youth are drowned in depression therefore the employers should also think about that as youth are the future of the nation. She called on the companies to give right direction to the energy and strength of the youth so that they can become more skilled on the other hand she asked the youth to remain in discipline and work with dedication and consider their jobs as worship and said that their goal should not be confined to just work but should be rather excel and bring laurels to the state nation and the society. Ms Murmu hoped that the companies which have gathered at this occasion will able to visualize the talent in the state so that more and more youth are able to get jobs which will ultimately bring a positive change in the social and economic condition of the people having large scale implications in the betterment of the nation.
