Statue of martyrs Neelambar Peetambar inaugurated by Minister Chandraprakash Chowdhary

Ranchi: State’s Water Resources and Sanitation Minister Chandraprakash Chowdhary inaugurated the statue of great martyrs Neelambar-Peetambar in Kone village under Dulmi block of the Ramgarh district. Speaking on the occasion the minister said
that martyrs Neelam- Peetambar made a significant contribution in the freedom struggle movement and were vital in driving away the Britishers from their area.

He said that in the days to come the area will be popularised by the name of these great martyrs. Ramgarh Zilla Parishad president Brahmdeo Mahto said that the martyrs will always act as a source of inspiration for the development of the state. Vice president of Ramgarh Zilla Parishad Sarita Devi also paid her tributes to the martyrs. A large number of party workers and
leaders were present on the occasion.
