Covid restrictions likely to be extended by one week in state

Ranchi: Keeping in mind the increasing cases of Corona, the state government is going to have a meeting of disaster management on Saturday. In the meeting the current situation and restrictions imposed in the wake of Corona will be reviewed by the state government however sources have claimed regarding the meeting that keeping in mind the increasing infection, the restrictions can be increased for the next one week. Sources claimed that in case the meeting of disaster management gets postponed due to some reasons the existing guidelines will continue till further orders.

At present in wake of the restrictions, administrative work is being done according to 50 percent capacity. Malls, restaurants, marriage halls can run at 50 percent of their capacity or 100 numbers. No call has been taken on the night curfew, capacity has been reduced to 50 percent in the order of marriage and funeral.
