Palamu administration bans all black items in PM’s visit

Daltonganj: The Palamu district administration has imposed an embargo on use of any black colour items during the upcoming visit of the Prime Minister Narendra Modi which has been scheduled on January 5.

An official letter has been issued by the district administration in this regard. On January 5 the Prime Minister would lay the foundation stone via online at Chiyanki airport for the Mandal Dam project and Koyel Son project. In the letter, the administration has imposed a ban on all black items. The letter says that whether government staff or common people none can even wear black socks on that day and identity card has been issued for the people to participate in the programme and a ban has been imposed on clothes, bags, shoes, socks, purses and caps.

The Prime Minister is scheduled to arrive at 10.30 am and would remain for an hour in the district.
