Cabinet Decisions: Government approves formation of e-fir police stations in 22 districts

Ranchi: The state government has approved for formation e-fir police stations in 22 districts of the state.

A decision in this regard was taken in the meeting of the state cabinet which was chaired by Chief Minister Hemant Soren at the project building.

In another important decision it was decided for the beneficiaries covered under Pradhanmantri Garib Kalyan Anna Yojana for the period between July 2021 to November 21 the people will be provided five kilograms of foodgrains per month and for undertaking the transportation, transfer and distribution a sum of Rs 141.57 crore has been approved.

Under IPDS an area of 0.4519 acres of land will be handed over free of cost by JBVNL for building 33/11 KV power sub station. A sum of Rs 46.20 crore has been also approved for improvement of riding quality on the Gobindpur-Sahebganj road from  kilometres 251.60 to 309.86 (a total of 58.26 kms).

Further revised administrative approval has been given for withdrawing initial funds worth Rs 13.74 crore for building a ROB between Tata-Aadityapur  stations. The total cost of the project is 44.04 crore.

The government has also decided to award the work of building the statues of Poto Ho, Bhagirath Manjhi and Ganga Narayan Singh in the under construction Birsa Munda museum to Ram Sutar Art Creations Pvt Ltd.
