Burnt body of woman found inside forest in Dhanbad

Dhanbad: Burnt body of a woman was found inside the forest area located under Tetulmari Police Station area of this district.
Police sources said that a group of villagers had gone in the morning inside the forest when the found smoke emitting from a spot. After getting near the found that the body of a woman was burning after they informed the local mukhiya who alerted the police.

Upon receiving information a police team reached on the spot and doused the flames with the help of the villagers however by that time the body had burnt 90 percent. A mug and a bottle were found from the spot, police said adding that the identity of the victim was yet to be ascertained. Further probe was on.
