Bikers loot Rs 8 lakh in Deoghar

Deoghar (RP Service): Unidentified bike borne miscreants looted Rs 8 lakh in two separate incidents in this district. In the first incident which took place under Mohanpur Police Station area of this district the bikers looted Rs four lakh from a cattle trader Md Rahim. The man had withdrawn the money from a private bank branch and had kept the same in a bag. As he was riding along with with the bag the bikers snatched the bag and fled from the spot.

Later in the day the bikers again struck at Subhash Chowk under Town Police Station area when they looted Rs 4 lakh from a contractor who had kept the money inside the dickey of his bike and had gone inside a tractor showroom. The miscreants broke the dickey and fled with the cash. The man had withdrawn the money from a SBI branch and had gone to the showroom to get his tractor repaired.
