Youth shot dead by unidentified SUV borne miscreants in Ramgarh

Ramgarh (RP Service): Unidentified SUV borne miscreants shot dead a youth by opening indiscriminate firing upon him under Urimari Police Station area of this district. The victim who had sustained serious bullet injuries was rushed to RIMS but succumbed to his injuries. Upon receiving information a police team which later reached on the spot seized the four-wheeler which was used by the killers. The deceased has been identified as Sanjeev Singh Baghel (40).

Police said that after dropping his children to school at DAV Urimari the man was returning back to his home when he was surrounded by the criminals and shot. Patratu SDPO Prakash Chandra Mahto who later reached on the spot said that six empty cartridges have been recovered from the spot along with four live cartridges. Police said that the deceased hailed originally from Uttar Pradesh and for the past many years was living in Podagate Sayal. Further probe was on.
