JVM(P) demands of immediate action against MLAs who defected to BJP

Ranchi: The Jharkhand Vikas Morcha (Prajatantrik) has demanded an immediate action from the Assembly speaker over the six MLAs who had switched over to the BJP immediately after the assembly polls in the state. Party’s central spokesperson Yogendra Pratap Singh said that delay has already taken in the case and without a further wait of any other moment justice should be provided. 

Mr Singh said that any delay in announcement of the judgement would lead to suspicions and apprehensions. He said that even the constitution says that justice delayed is similar to justice denied. Mr Singh said that the court of the speaker has its own value.
