Raghubar asks Rahul Gandhi to seek apology from nation after SC dismisses PILs on Rafael deal

Ranchi: After the Supreme Court said that it had found nothing wrong with the Rafael Deal inked by the Narendra Modi led Central government Jharkhand Chief Minister Raghubar Das hit back at the Congress demanding that Rahul Gandhi and his party should seek an apology from the nation for spreading lies over the issue.

Addressing a press conference at the project building here he said that the decision of the supreme court makes it clear that Rahul Gandhi and the Congress party were spreading lies over the Rafael deal and accused them of playing with the security of the nation. Mr Das said that Congress itself was a ‘thief’ party which was peaking against the Chowkidaar but for the Congress it needed to look at its own history which was full off one after another big scams.

He said that in the four years of the rule of Prime Minister Narendra Modi whatever deals have been inked they have been done between government to government and there was no role for any middlemen. He also pointed to the Jeep scam which had undertaken during the tenure of the nation’s first Prime Minister Pandit Jawahar Lal Nehru. However he refused to answer any questions which were asked by the media persons during the press conference.  Earlier in the day Mr Das had through twitter expressed his views over the supreme court verdict. “Even the supreme court believes than no wrong ha staken place in the Rafael deal..a lie is a lie it can not  become truth despite spreading misinformation,” he tweeted.

“Finally the truth has come out. Congress has a history of speaking lies and doing scam. The truth of Rafael Deal is out. Satyamev Jayate,” he had tweeted.
