Hazaribagh (RP Service): Police found a body of a pregnant woman and her one and a half year old daughter from a field located at Neema village under Chauparan Police Station area of this district. The deceased have been identified as Angira Devi (35) who was seven months pregnant.
The woman used to live with her mother-inlaw and other relatives while her husband who is a driver by profession as outside the city at the time of the incident. Family members said that she was in the home till midnight however no one is aware as to when she came out.
Police said that the incident came to notice in the morning when the villagers went towards the field during which they found the body of the woman laying in the field while that of the child was taken out from the nearby well. Police has sent both the bodies for post-mortem. Further probe was on.
