5 including a minor arrested for loot & snatching in Ranchi

Ranchi: Police has arrested a group of five criminals including a minor who were wanted in more than a dozen loot cases from
Jehlitand village under Khelari Police Station area of this district. Ranchi SSP Anish Gupta had received a secret tipoff regarding the movement of these criminals in the area after which a joint team lead by the officer in-charge of Khelari and McCluskieganj police
station was constituted which managed to arrest these criminals. The arrested have been identified as Sahil Ansari, Sameer Ansari, Ankit Kumar Vishwakarma, Sabir Ansari and a minor. 

A motorcycle, 3 mobile phones, knives and Rs 35,000 in cash have been recovered from their possession. The arrested confessed that they use to target travelers in the rural areas of the capital who use to travel alone in desolated roads.
