Ranchi: Jharkhand Pradesh Congress Committee media in charge Rajesh Thakur said that the arrest of the former cabinet minister and JVM(P) leader was part of a larger political conspiracy and said that the BJP has yet not learned after the defeat in 5 states. Mr. Thakur said that two days before the end of filing of nomination papers former MLA Niyel Tirkey was arrested while with the arrest
of Bandhu Tirkey it was clear the BJP wanted to win the bypolls to the Kolibera seat by any means.
He said that BJP is aware of the fact that Congress will win in Kolibera, therefore, it was using all possible means to remove to impact the polls. He said that from the first day it was clear that BJP had extended indirect support to Jharkhand Party in the polls as none of the big leaders of the BJP were present in the nomination filing of party candidate Basant Soren.
