Administrative Reshuffle in Jharkhand: 10 IAS transferred and posted Arun Kumar Singh is new Development Commissioner

Ranchi: The state government on Wednesday executed a major administrative reshuffle in the state as part of which 10 senior IAS officials were transferred and posted in the state.

A notification in this regard has been issued by the Personnel Administrative Reforms and Rajbhasha Department.

As per the notification Additional Chief Secretary Food and Civil Supplies Arun Kumar Singh has been transferred and appointed as new Development Commissioner of Jharkhand.

Development Commissioner KK Khandelwal has been transferred as Additional Chief Secretary of Higher and Technical Education Department.  Director General of Sri Krishna Institute of Public Administration L Khiyangate has been given Additional charge of Additional Chief Secretary Forest and Environment Department.

Additional Chief Secretary Higher and Technical Education Department Sailesh Kr Singh has been appointed as Additional Chief Secretary of Jharkhand Governor. Principal Secretary of Personnel Administrative Reforms and Rajbhasha Department Ajay Kumar Singh has been transferred as Principal Secretary Planning cum Finance Department.

Secretary Planning cum Finance Department Himani Pandey has been transferred as Secretary Food and Civil Supplies Department. Principal Secretary of Commercial taxes department Vandana Dadel has been appointed Principal Secretary of Personnel Administrative Reforms and Rajbhasha Department and has been given Additional charge of cabinet secretariat and vigilance department.

Secretary School Education and Literacy department Rahul Sharma has been transferred as Secretary Planning cum Finance and has been given Additional Charge Secretary Rural Development (Panchayati Raj and NREP Special Division).

Secretary IT and e-governance Rajesh Kumar Sharma has been transferred as Secretary School Education and Literacy Department while Director Dairy Development Kripanand Jha has been appointed as Secretary of IT and e-governance.
