Meeting of JMM's central working committee & legislature wing held

Ranchi: A meeting of the central working committee and that of the legislature wing of the ruling Jharkhand Mukti Morcha was held on Saturday which was chaired by party supremo Shibu Soren.

JMM General Secretary and Spokesperson Binod Pandey said that in the meeting discussion over the prevailing political situation in the state, Madhupur bypolls and organisational issues were held.

He said that in the meeting all the office bearers, MLAs and members kept their views. In the meeting strategies were also discussed to establish coordination with all allies and parties having common ideology to ensure historic victory for candidate of the Mahagathbandhan.

In the meeting responsibility was also assigned to the MLAs and the office bearers in wake of the bypolls. At the end of the meeting a two minutes of silence was also observed to pay tribute to late Cabinet Minister Haji Hussain Ansari and renowned writer and educationist Bhuneshwar Anuj.

Those were present in the meeting included Acting president  Hemant Soren, vice presidents Stephen Marandi,  Champai Soren, Sashank Shekhar Bhokta and Mathura Prasad Mahto and others.
