Deoghar: The district administration has geared up tackle the huge rush of devotees who would be thronging into this temple town to perform obeisance at Baba Baidyanath Dham Temple on the pious occasion of Mahashivratri.
The district administration has decided that there will no 'VIP' Puja on that day while people will be allowed to perform 'Sparsh Puja'. On the other hand, the facility of 'Shighradarshanam' will be also available for the pilgrims.
On Friday a team of district administration led by DC Manjunath Bhajantri, SP Ashwini Sinha and other officials had a look at the route line for the devotees. The SP later said that special security arrangements will be in place on the occasion of the festival during which additional policemen will be deployed in the temple and surrounding areas.
The DC on his part said that in wake of Coronavirus the district administration is trying to make best possible arrangements.
