Koderma: A pregnant woman was on Saturday found dead under mysterious circumstances in Chandpur village under Domchanch police station area of this district.
Post the incident the husband of the deceased woman Ranjeet Yadav and father-in-law Virendra Yadav have gone missing from the house. Police quoting villagers said that the deceased woman Rekha Devi was nine months pregnant and was due to deliver a baby in this month, she had few days ago visited the Sadar Hospital for necessary tests.
Earlier in the day she was found hanging after which local police station was informed. Police said that eight years earlier Rekha Devi was married to Ranjeet Yadav who is a driver by profession. Meanwhile the body has been sent for post mortem, further probe is on.
