Weather turns normal, temperature to increase from Wednesday onwards

Ranchi: The minimum temperature in the capital has now reached to its normal level.

   For the last one week the minimum temperature which was running below 10 degree celsius has now crossed the 11 degrees mark which is normal for the weather of Ranchi, however due to the wind coming from the west and rainfall which had taken place on Saturday the chill and nip in the air is still present.

     Weather scientist Abhishek Anand said that the minimum temperature is likely to fall by two to three degrees in the next two days however after that the temperature will increase as per the predictions made by the weather department the minimum temperature of Ranchi till February 11 has been predicted to remain around 12 degree celsius.

     As far as the weather across the state was concerned it has been predicted that the minimum temperature in the districts of Koderma Hazaribagh Chatra Latehar Lohardaga Simdega Palamu and Garhwa will remain between 7 to 8 degrees.

    In the last 24 hours Jamshedpur was the hottest at 28 degrees while Medninagar was coolest at 9.6 degrees. The average minimum temperature in Ranchi and other districts was recorded between 9 to 10 degree celsius.
