The bench comprising Chief Justice Dr Ravi Ranjan and Justice SN Prasad made these comments and directed the RIMS Management and the government to provide a detailed report over vacant posts, financial policy, appointments and resources.

During the hearing the court was informed that tender was issued for buying some equipments at the hospitals however as different criteria of the tender was not filled therefore purchase was not done but fresh tenders are being issued over which the court asked the management to buy equipments from JEM portal of the government.

The court directed the RIMS to provide all the details within two weeks regarding the equipments which were purchased during Corona crisis and why so far CT Scan and pathology machines have not been purchased.
