SDO collect food sample from Nucleus Mall & Dosa Plaza

Ranchi (By our correspondent): SDO Garima Singh on Wednesday once again checked the quality of the food being served in the
eating joints of the capital and inspected the restaurant being run in Nucleus Mall and food items being served at Dosa Plaza at Karamtoli. The SDO collected the sample of the paneer which was beings served in Dosa Plaza and also served notice to Biryani Pradise over untidy conditions.

During the inspection, she asked the shopkeepers to put up their food license on the shops and said that those operating without proper action they would have to face action. She said that under the Food Safety and Standard Act the quality of the food and conditions of the kitchen would be checked.

The SDO said that in the raid which was conducted at Durga Pulse Mill, it was found that colour was mixed in pulses while sweets in many shops and hotels were also found to be sub standard against which action is being taken.
