One year of Hemant Government: Mega show in capital, 4 IPS and 500 jawans to look after security

Ranchi : Hemant Soren Government of Jharkhand is all set to complete one year in power on Tuesday.

To celebrate the occasion a mega show is being organised at the Morhabadi Stadium where the government will highlight its achievements, roll out new schemes, lay foundation of new projects and distribute deeds and assets among the beneficiaries of the various schemes.

All preparations for the programme has been completed and for the security purpose four IPS, six DSPs, 10 Inspectors and 500 jawans have been deployed.

On Monday Afternoon DC Chhavi Ranjan and SSP Surendra Jha gave necessary instructions to the officials. The SSP said that it was the responsibility of the personnel deployed at the venue to maintain law and order.

DC Chhavi Ranjan said that while on one hand security of everyone coming for the venue will be important on the other hand social distancing in wake of Coronavirus has to be also ensured among the people. He said that at any cost wearing of masks should be ensured at the venue.

For the security of the women police personnel in plain clothes will be also deployed at the venue. In wake of the event from 0600hrs in the morning to 2200hrs in the night entry of all types of big vehicles have been banned in the city.
