Ranchi (By our correspondent): Former Union Minister and in charge for party affairs for Jharkhand Congress RPN Singh reached the state capital here after which he held talks with JMM’s Hemant Soren and Babulal Marandi of the JVM(P) over the bypolls to the Kolibera seat of the Jharkhand Assembly.
JPCC spokesperson Alok Kumar Dubey said Mr Singh also held a meeting the senior leaders of the party over the by-polls and also meet former JPCC chief Pradeep Kumar Balmuchu over the issue. Earlier upon his arrival at the airport JPCC chief Dr Ajay Kumar, media in charge of party Rajesh Thakur and other senior leaders welcomed Mr Singh.
