Hemant Government indulging in vendetta politics says BJP, meets Guv

Ranchi: A delegation of the Jharkhand BJP called on Governor Draupadi Murmu and handed her a memorandum urging her to direct the state government not to indulge in vendetta politics.

In the delegation state general secretary of the party Pradeep Verma and Bokaro MP Biranchi Narayan were present. The leaders claimed that as part of political conspiracy Godda MP Nishikant Dubey was being falsely implicated in a land registry case.

The leaders claimed that the man who has filed the complaint against the Godda MP is a man of criminal character. He was previously associated with BJP but due to his criminal nature, he was removed from the party.

The leaders claimed that the allegations against levelled against the MP are baseless as neither Mr Dubey was seller nor buyer of the land. They said that the land has been purchased by the wife of Godda MP and due stamp duty has been paid therefore registration of criminal offence against the MP was a deeper conspiracy to implicate him in a wrong case.

The party claimed that since Dubey was a very popular MP who works tirelessly for the welfare of the people of the area and stands firmly against the anti-people policies of the government, therefore, such targeted action against him should be stopped.
