BJP rule has created new history in price rise: Rameshwar Oraon

Lohardaga: Jharkhand Congress chief and Finance Minister Dr Rameshwar Oraon said that BJP rule has created a new history in price rise where diesel has become more costly than the petrol.

Addressing a dharna programme here he said that when the cost of crude oil in the international market was more than 150 dollars per barrel at that time petrol was Rs 63 per litre while diesel was Rs 58 per litre in the country but when the price is 40 dollar per barrel than the cost of petrol is more than Rs 80 per litre.

Over the issue of commercial coal block mining, he said that Prime Minister talks about converting crisis into opportunities through which he ensures benefits for his close friends Adani and Ambani. He said that even the government was now planning to bring privatisation in the railways which would be not acceptable to the party.

Commenting over the ongoing crisis with China he said that satellite images have ample proof to show how Chineses got inside the Galwan valley and under what circumstances 20 soldiers were martyred the nation wants to know.

He asked the party workers to reach to every village and raise the issues related to price rise, inflation, national security, unemployment, declining economy etc and unless the Centre gives reply over all the issues their agitation would continue.

Rajya Sabha MP Dhiraj Sahu said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi has forgotten all the promises which he made to the people after coming to power.
