Dumka: Senior BJP leader and former cabinet minister Louis Marandi has demanded Jharkhand Assembly Speaker to cancel the membership of MLAs Pradeep Yadav and Bandhu Tirkey.
She has said that Bandhu Tirkey and Pradeep Yadav had got elected on JVM-P symbol and by undemocratically joining Congress the two MLAs have disrespected the verdict of the people. She also cited the verdict of the election commission which has approved the merger of the JVM-P with the BJP in support of her demand.
Dr Marandi also demanded that without any delay the Speaker should also appoint Babulal Marandi as the leader of the opposition in the house.
