BJP hits back on JMM & JVM(P) over issue of para teachers

Ranchi (By our correspondent): After the opposition parties led by the JMM and the JVM(P) accused the state government of adopting
a dictatorial approach in handling the agitation of the para teachers and attack on the media on the occasion of the state formation day the BJP hit back stating that it was the opposition which had instigated the para teachers and some anti-social elements to indulge in violence on the state formation day.

BJP spokesperson Pratul Shahdeo said that leaders of these parties are not worried about the future of the children which will be impacted by the strike of the para teachers as the exams are due in February and March. He said that opposition also did not condemn the stone pelting and showing black flags on the occasion of state formation day which is also the birth anniversary of Bhagwan Birsa Munda.

He said that incident of that day is a reflection of the real thought which these parties have towards Bhagwan Birsa Munda and said that strict action would be taken against those para teachers who instigated violence. Mr Shahdeo said that as far as the attack on the media persons was concerned with the process of identification of the culprits was on.

Shahdeo said that BJP considers media as the fourth pillar of the democracy and will take every step to maintain its independence. He said that in the appointments 90 percent locals have been given jobs and said that the opposition was under stress as its politics in the name of tribals and moolvasis was taken a beating and alleged that opposition was not able to digest the popularity of the state government.
