CM inaugurates Baridih Chhath Ghat cum Raghubar park

Jamshedpur (By our correspondent): Chief Minister Raghubar Das lauded the initiative of the district administration and the municipal corporation after he inaugurated the Baridih Chhath Ghat cum Raghubar Park in Bhojpur Colony here. He said that the park provided an opportunity for the people to stay closer with nature. He said that Chhath was a festival related to nature and was one of its kind where people also worship the setting sun. 

Mr. Das said that on the occasion of this Mahaparv he prays to Bhagwan Bhaskar to keep the families of the devotees healthy, happy and prosperous. He said that such was the purity in this festival that even people from other religions celebrate the festival. He said that Chhath has become an inseparable part of the culture of the nation. Adding further Mr. Das said that Ayushman Bharat Yojana which is the world’s largest health care scheme has been started from the state under which the beneficiary will be provided health cover of Rs 5 lakh. Mr. Das said that the scheme was a result of the thought of Prime Minister Narendra Modi who wanted to make sure that the top quality health care system was available to all.

Mr. Das said that the state government paid Rs 400 crore more to include 85 percent more people in the scheme. He prayed to the god to give strength so that every poor can get their child educated in good school and they have access to better health care facilities. Mr. Das said that purpouse of building the park was to bring people closer to nature. He said that in the smart cities Dada Dadi park would be built and urged the people to do morning walk every day for 25 minutes which will help them to fight with any diseases.
